Feedback:

We have been a customer of Computer Pundits for many years. CPC has amazing customer service. They are always responsive and work well as a team to get everything done in a timely manner. We started with their Catalog Builder software for printing our catalogs and had great success. Eventually as time went by we realized that we needed to do Ecommerce. We purchased their eCommerce21 software and have a great web presence. Working with the sales team and on to the support and development teams was great. Everyone was very professional and worked hard to make sure that our goals were met.

Feedback:

I have never used these guys, but when i got in my office this morning there was a voicemail on my phone marked "URGENT" I don't think I have ever seen a voicemail marked urgent before. I stop everything i'm doing when I see this, my heart is racing typing in my voicemail password. I'm expecting some very urgent or at least important news to be coming my way, i'm attentive with a pen and paper not only near by but physically in my hands to take down the "URGENT" news..... when i hear a guy name Todd, gently speaking about offering his services with websites and IT services....I don't believe Todd understands what "URGENT" voicemails are for.

Feedback:

Problems compound on top of one another. One bug fixed and then more pop up. Constantly waiting for updates and actual deadlines that are never met. The response is always "we're working on it" or "sometime next week." Then after a week there's no response. Employees seem to constantly be changing. Several different customer service people have left and the manager keeps changing. It also seems to be a very thin undermanned staff to begin with. They try to be a major company with proper resources but are really a smoke and mirrors operation. Run by dishonest people that promise anything to get you to buy but then cast you off after payment. I almost feel bad for the customer service people. They get left out to dry by sales staff and lies from management.

Best customer support I've ever had. Very personable, hands-on, and willing to help as long as it takes, until they find a resolution.Edit: A year, and a ton of support later, and it's still fantastic. I may be forgetting names, but Matt has provided hands-down the best customer support I've ever received.
