Feedback:

Jonathan DID what APPLE COULD NOT do even after 6 hours on the phone with a "Senior Advisor" from Apple Care, two visits including leaving my iMac overnight at the Genius Bar, a new Apple keyboard and 2 reinstallations by Apple Techs of the latest High Sierra IOS COULD NOT DUE. I had a problem that developed suddenly one day with a "jumping cursor" that made typing impossible, typing stopped, the Cursor randomly jumped around the screen and the iMac made an annoying "bong" sound. It would happen as frequently as 3 times in typing something as short as one of these lines. After 2 weeks of utter frustration I anticipated having to return to the Genius Bar with my iMac to have it completely rebuilt, Worried that I hadn't sufficiently backed up all data (among other things I was getting messages my Disk was full) I called Jonathan to check things over before going to Apple. He spent several hours doing a complete analysis of my iMac, found some Library Files that were not being used but were taking up huge amounts of space. He did his scans and tests and removed them and removed my problem!!!!! Obviously there's a good reason we keep his contact information up to date.
