I have used CR several times and have always been impressed with their service and skills. I was in the computer business for 37 years, 20 as an HP VAR and at this point in my life choose to let someone else do the analysis and repair. CR has been my go-to group for the last few years and I hope for a long time to come.

My overall experience was great! I'm not a computer expert, so I can't really say whether the service I was charged with was at a fair price. Nevertheless, everything else was great: customer service, repair, and flexibility. I'd recommend this place to anybody. Tip: it will be even more helpful if you know more about your computer issues going in.

10/10! They repaired the device that I'm using to write this review. My laptop was completely dead. I initially took my laptop to Geek Squad, but they wanted to charge me $360 "at the least" to replace my motherboard. Computer Runner was able to repair the motherboard with parts they already had in stock--and gave me a discount! I ended up paying just over $100. The customer service is exceptional. If you have any hardware or software issues at all, I definitely recommend Computer Runner.

These guys are awesome. My laptop was not working at all after I had dropped it, I took it somewhere else and they asked $40 only for inspection. These guys didn't ask anything for inspecting and after diagnosis they called and explained the problem in details and asked me whether I wanted them to repair it or wanted it back.The great thing about them they fix the problem on components level and don't go for motherboard change immediately.The bill was very reasonable, happy to had their services.

I took my monitor to these guys, and while they didn't find anything wrong with it, they didn't charge me a thing to check it. They were professional and really made it clear that my satisfaction with their service was their top priority. I would happily conduct business with them again.

5 stars. Sam and his staff (including Scott who is normally at the front desk) are amazing. I am fairly technical myself but was having a rather complex issue with a laptop that I had dropped. I gave up and brought it into Sam and his team and they worked tireless to find different solutions to the problem. In the end the fix was bigger than the problem (new motherboard) so I decided to just leave it as is, but I appreciate the time they put into it and all of the smart options for repair. I will definitely be bringing more problematic equipment by them when things come up.
