A package was delivered on Sunday. Website for Amazon says it was put in my postal box. This is a lie. The package was left on my front door step. My Amazon account specifically says BACK STEP. The delivery person obviously cannot read and also lies.

Lost an international package in their own facility!!!! Tracking information shows it was delivered to Longmont Post office, It was scanned even and has been in their building for weeks LOST!!!! or Stolen. Who knows no one in the building seems to know. REALLY BAD SERVICE. How do you loose a package in the building!?

Literally the biggest joke in Longmont literally one person working while others where standing joking and the line is out the door in the cold holding my mail because I was gone on vacation and wants me to come get it instead of do what our taxes are supposed to be paying for laziness is a understatement of this place I would rare it negative 5 if I could what a gimmick this place is

Honestly folks, especially for those on the NW part of Longmont, go to the Hygiene Post Office, rarely any customers there and they take care of you.

Unfortunately, this is now the 4th time in the past 3 months that a package of mine has been delivered to the wrong address. How does that happen? We order quite a bit of stuff from Amazon, so it's not like the address is new to the couriers.

I had an issue with a package delivery, went to the establishment and an employee helped me resolve the issue. Peace of mind is a valuable thing. Thanks Longmont post office, I know that line of work can be chaotic, stressful and overwhelming. However, with the right attitude it can operate smoothly!

Quite possibly the worst post office in the state of Colorado. Consistently long lines, rarely more than one person manning the station. Truly an embarrassment. I dread whenever I have to go there. I just plan on spending 30 minutes in line.

I must say the gal who was working the counter that was so blantly ignored by her supervisor (s) with her cries for back up in the front was an angel.She was still so kind and thoughtful dispite being overwhelmed and totally ignored. Thank you for being so kind and patient.
