This is the worst, possibly criminal, service I have ever received at any business. I left my laptop here because my battery would not charge and my computer was very slow. Now that I got it back my laptop won't turn on at all even when it was plugged in. I paid $50 just to have a diagnostic done and then they asked for an additional $200 to do a comprehensive repair and virus clean. I said I couldn't afford this and then they asked for an additional $40 to replace and install the battery. I can replace and install the battery myself for about $20. When I took my laptop back and complained that it wouldn't turn on at all they said that I declined the repair option.Basically, they're trying to get you to buy a $250 one-size-fits-all plan no matter what is wrong with your computer. They criminally sabotaged my laptop because I refused to overpay for a battery replacement. DO NOT do business with Geeks at Work.
