I can only comment on their handling of email hosting clients, such as through Google Apps. I highly recommend you go directly through Google. They have no off hours technical support. If you forget to pay your bill like I did, they will shut off your email at 10pm, leaving you loocked out of any android phones and tablets for 12 hours, and then make you drive to pay them in person as they don't take American. Express. . What happens if your email gets hacked on Saturday afternoon, Google locks you out, which is what they do if fraud is suspected, and then you can't contact anyone until Monday morning. Save yourself the trouble, Google is simpler, faster, you don't have to leave your home and they have people you can talk to at any time to get issues fixed.
