Feedback:

Our laptop wouldn't hold a charge. We called Dell and the warranty was up a few months before. They wanted us to buy a new warranty for 300.00 before they would even look at it. Best buy wanted 90.00 to do an evaluation plus the cost of the repair. I called Computer works and they were able to fix it for a fraction of the cost and quickly too. So glad we found them. Highly recommend.
