Feedback:

Paid them a lot of money to begin planning on a website...that never came to fruition.First the website started with an estimate at $5,000...then $10,000.They got ~$500 to begin the 'planning stage'. Which, was actually a pile of papers they try to confound you with, only to make it seem more complex than it really is, and get more money from more meetings (which they billed hourly I believe).When I started to work through that and turn it in, when they said "Well, we're no longer building websites anymore, we've decided to work on Ticketmaster's stuff". "So now we want to charge you 10K for that same website cause uh, we're just to busy". Over $500 lighter, I get dumped like a rotten fish. I'm not sure I'm the one who smells.I've heard a number of people who can't stand this place and have had similar experiences...avoid this company at all costs! There needs to be a ZERO star...
