Computer wouldn't boot up, I spoke to them on the phone and asked for a quote before they fixed it due to the fact that I didn't want to spend more than a certain amount of money due to the age of the machine - they reinstalled Windows without calling me to give me a quote and charged me £84 (£70 plus £14 VAT) just to reinstall Windows which is a complete rip off, had I been quoted this before they went ahead I would not have agreed to have had the work done. Very unscrupulous business practice. I would never use this company again.

Great service Computerman, thank you. Dropped computer off yesterday afternoon, had a call about the problem and a quote for the work a couple of hours later, picked it up this morning, home now with it all up and running again. I have been a customer for 14+ years as It is nice to have somewhere that I can rely on for a fast reliable and friendly service.
