I thought my computer was absolutely trashed. It's about 5 years old and has seen it's time. I was literally about to toss it and buy a new computer. A buddy of mine told me he had similar issues with his older laptop and decided to bring it to network paramedics in springfield and had a great experience. So I decided to bring my computer to these guys. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they provide a free analysis of their customers computers. They called me back later that day and told me my hard drive was going bad and that I also had a ton of junk files and even a virus on my computer. They gave me a great deal on a 500TB western digital hard drive and did a data transfer to my new drive. I also got some free software to clean my computer with, which was pretty cool. The staff was really nice to me and the manager even came out to explain all of the work they performed and showed me how all of the data transfered to my new drive was in the exact same place as before. Needless to say, I was really satisfied with the entire experience. My old piece of junk computer is running amazing. Thanks again guys!
