We opened a new business and needed two desktop computers, as well as a specific browser necessary to work with a third party software. John asked us if we were interested in refurbished computers, looking to save money and were open to the idea. John set us up with THREE Lenovo ThinkCentre desktop computers, two which he set up and a third a for a back up, installed the necessary operating system, specific browsers, credit card processing software, Microsoft Office and email accounts. He left on a weeks vacation the day after he installed the computers. We had a couple of questions the first week as we learned several new third party software systems necessary for our business and John was available every time we called him on his vacation. We had a configuration issue with one of the software's and John logged into our desktop remotely and quickly showed us where to make the configuration changes.The computers look great and work great! John is knowledgeable and customer focused. His suggestion to purchase refurbished computers saved us about 35% from buying new computers and we have a back up system on hand. The cost savings were a huge help, as we needed the savings for other expenses in the opening of the business. I would highly recommend John and his business - Computers and Websites Done Right for hardware and software services.

John @ Computers and web sites has taken care of our computers (laptop, dell tablet and tower) for about three years. His service is very affordable and his response time is immediate. We can reach him on the first phone call and he takes care of our problems right away. Also with his service our computers are always running at maximum speed and efficiency and are secure.
