Overall Feedback:

We have been paying this company every month for over a year. Whenever we have an issue, they do not respond. They are the worst at customer service. Seems like they gave directed their efforts into the sound technology industry and have left behind the customers who have paid them for IT and computer support. Their customer service personnel are not very accommodating and rude.
