I have used Computers of Cleveland for many years now. They take care of you and make you feel like you're the priority no matter how long you have been with them. I've used them multiple times for my at-home computers as well as my business comuputer needs. They have always shown me great service and long-lasting results. Computers of Cleveland has been a long time tech support for our busy home. We have several PCs and Laptops that need IT help every now and then. Roman and Ben always come to our rescue when a virus hits or a hard drive crash! Great job guys - keep it up!

Computers of Cleveland, is a company that knows their business. They are very Professional, Courteous and Friendly seeking to solve any issue you may have and get you running right with all possible speed. I had a small issue with my laptop, but didn't have a clue about where I should take it to get it fixed. After looking online for computer repair near where I live I discovered Computers of Cleveland, after reading the reviews of previous customers and how pleased they were with their service. I decided to see for myself and I couldn't be happier with that choice. Ben was professional, friendly and very helpful in resolving my issue with my laptop. In fact, from the time it took to explain my problem to the time he had my problem resolved was about an hour and thirty minutes. I realize my issue was a minor one but blow away by how efficient and quickly he was able to fix it for me! Whatever your computer issue these are the people you will want working for you to resolve your problem!

Great service. They had upgraded my desktop PC about 3 months ago when the hard drive died. They repaired it quickly and for no charge as the part was still under warranty. Ben kept me updated on the status while we waited for the manufacturer to send a replacement.

Computers of Cleveland provides great service without hastle! They diagnose any sort of problems you may have with your computer/laptop and let you know how they can fix it. Consider your issues gone! They are wizards in the tech world and I applaud them. Intelligant, friendly bunch of folk :) I would go to them for any issues with my laptop! 5/5 stars!
