Took my iPhone 6 in for a screen and battery replacement. This thing was jacked up, but they fixed everything they could with what they had in stock and ordered what they didn’t have so they could fix what was left to do. Phone looks almost brand new. Will recommend to friends with phone issues.

I've had these guys and their Saginaw team help me on several tech projects and they have never let me down. Recently, my motherboard shorted out and after charging the initial fee for diagnostics, they didn't charge me again for testing, disassembling my computer, or getting my stuff off my SSD. They are excellent!

Called to find a part. Worker was unwilling to even look to see if they had it. Told me I could come in and look through their recyclable junk myself. Very unprofessional. *update* John called me back to fix the situation and apologized for the being so short on the phone. Feeling better about the situation. Thanks for the follow up!

Be going here for years never an issue always upfront and honest about services. I just did my first complete build of a computer had an issue that would of took me hours to troubleshoot. They had me in and out with in 15 minutes with a working PC. Very friendly and great service and great pricing on services. I highly recommend computers to go in Midland.

I have had nothing but great interaction with John and his staff. I got what I wanted, and was given very helpful advice on things was unsure with.To others with bad interaction here: John is a very reasonable and realistic guy. If you come in his store being rude, do you expect him to just sit and take it? Come on now...I will admit, He has hired some younger people that aren't as good, but I still don't have any complaints yet. I rarely need computer assistance, but when I do, I don't hesitate to take it to computers to go.
