Compuworks has assisted me with computer and printer issues over the last 3 years. Their staff is very knowledgeable. They are pleasant and friendly to work with. They give great customer service always asking if there is anything else I need help with. They are quick to respond and have helped me out of a pinch many times.

CompuWorks has been the IT solution for my company for over 20 years. When I acquired a second company and needed help setting up all of the IT systems, there was no question that CompuWorks would be our go to. No problem too big or too small or too complicated. They are the best.

I want to elaborate on my one star review given 6 months ago."A fish rots from the head down," is how I would describe this company. I have had many interactions with this organization in my career ranging from "OK" to simply "unprofessional." The day-to-day employees do a pretty good job, however the leadership leaves a great deal to be desired. Firstly, even if you have credentials and experience, they will talk down to you. Compuworks management will try to convince you to do it "their way," even when presented with evidence that their way is wrong. "Their way" usually involves them taking more control of your infrastructure as they position themselves so that you have no choice but to continue as a customer.Another issue experienced regularly is they sometimes provide services when none were asked for and bill you for it. Management would explain they were being proactive, however truly proactive measures would not be implemented unless asked about. This type of selective prevention comes across as suspicious and informs my previous point. With today's technology you do not need to choose a MSP just because they are local and in your zip code. Choose a company that will give the respect a customer deserves and not lip service so that you can keep getting billed. A fish rots from the head down, and this company stinks.

They are the best IT solution anywhere. My company signed on with them close to 20 years ago after having a catastrophic failure due to a lightning strike next to our facility. They quickly assessed our situation and proposed a system for us. I have been sold on them ever since. Their techs are all very friendly and polite and extremely competent. We have never been dissatisfied with them or their service. We recently signed on to the HealthyIT program which has been fantastic. I would highly recommend to any company.

We started using Compuworks for basic consulting and server maintenance service to supplement our in house IT department about 20 years ago and have never looked back. They have always kept up with the ever changing needs of new technology and services and their entire staff is knowledgeable, prompt, courteous and always professional. We are now relying solely on their Healthy IT program for all of our IT related needs from strategic network planning to server maintenance through help desk and printer maintenance. We are able to focus on our business at hand and give our employees the tools they need to get the job done because of the top notch service that Compuworks provides.

I can’t say enough great things about CompuWorks especially about their management team; I say that because you know good service (Customer Care) has to start at the top. When we have a question with our network they are very responsive. Alan, David, Joe and Matt work well as a team. I have the chance to work with all of them over the past 30+ years. The most recent was when Spectrum changed our modem and didn’t program it correctly the team dispatched a tech that interfaced with Spectrum to resolve their problem that ran into afterhours.I would recommend their (Healthy IT) services.Ron Mason
