I am completely and utterly disappointed in the concentrix company and staffs lack of communication and compassion.I have been waiting for my pay check for 24 days now.My cars going to be towed and I'm late for rent.I have 2 4 year olds and will be on the streets thanks to concentrix.Its almost criminal how there handling my case with no professionalism.

I never do this but guess I have to. This company is very ghetto,the floor is always noisy, team leads and supervisors are just ghetto and very unprofessional, trying to communicate across the floors- if you want to know what favoritism is then that job is right for you- You’ll never get a promotion if you ain’t friends with a team lead or a supervisor- supervisors will convince a team lead to promote a regular agent who don’t know what they’re doing-I remember when 5 of us and (I was the only black girl) we were trained for B/O and we were all told we passed, tell me how I was the only one asked to go back and take calls and I kept wondering what I did wrong- I asked my trainer and he said it’s because they don’t need people at the moment-second problem was when I called In to work and told my team lead something confidential/personal and she actually told 2 agents before I even came in to work the next day- a team lead should be the only person you can trust and to let you know it was the (LG) program- I told HR but guess who got fired? ME! well I left the job before they could do that but I was told verbally on the phone- I don’t like to start trouble, I’m a very quiet peaceful employee/friend/family but you wouldn’t want to get on my bad side which is understandable, trust me u don’t wanna work for LG - it’s ghetto ghetto ghetto, unprofessional, drama, favoritism, mockery and bully, no coaching. ***PS*** oh and a kidnapper from the job didn’t get fired lol how interesting ***

Terrible place to work. If you have an issue with a supervisor, and bring it to HR you will be retaliated against. No formal weekly coachings or lunch/break schedule to go by. They will "forget" to send you to lunch but if you go on your own you will be yelled at. (Literally). Their version of coaching you is yelling at you (literally yelling) from their desk trying to embarrass you in front of the whole floor. I worked for their client Mondelez International, so can't speak for any other programs they have. Very inhumane place to work.

Loved it while i was there. Used to be a chat advisor on the floor, paid 13 an hour. Job was great until wveryone got the news that they'd all be laid off in december 😐 (01/7/17 - 11/02/17)

I WAS FORCED TO RESIGN DUE TO AN INFESTATION OF BED BUGS. && I HAVENT SEEN MY PAYCHECK FOR 3 WEEKS . TERRIBLE PLACE OF BUSINESS THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES. Do not work there!
