Took in 21 VHS-C tapes at one time to be converted to DVD's and they allowed me to use two Groupon Coupons. They are all very friendly and worked with me on the time frame of when I was hoping to get them back. The DVD's turned out great and I was very happy with them. Would highly recommend!!!

I transferred only 2 VHS tapes. The lady there was very friendly. She took my order and had them ready when promised. The copies to DVD were awesome. I will use them again. The process was cheaper than advertised!!

I purchased $200.00 worth of Groupons for this company to transfer old VHS tapes to DVD. The owner said that she would accomodate me and agreed to transfer all of my VHS tapes for this price after I had explained that I would return the Groupons if my tapes would cost more than this $200 Groupon value. They proceeded to charge me $70.00 extra after the fact, completely negating the value in purchasing a Groupon deal in the first place. On top of this, they had originally called me and said that my videos were ready to be picked up and that they had completed the job. Upon arrival, they then said they were not actually finished and would have to call when the remaining videos were completed. I was forced to drive back and forth on multiple occasions as a result. There is a clear lack of organization and communication within this company. I would avoid at all costs. Definitely do not purchase a Groupon, which seemed to be used as a bait and switch tactic to get me in the door and charge overages when the videos "took longer than they expected them to." As this process can be relatively easily done at home with today's technology, I would try that or a different company if you have a similar task as me.
