Feedback:

Concur is used by my company for processing expenses. We migrated to Concur from an excel spreadsheet platform where the hard copies were sent via snail mail. The snail mail system was 100% more efficient and I was able to get re-payment for my expenses weeks faster. The concur auditing team is slower than glaciers and they make critical mistakes in their audits which push expense reports back to the bottom of the pile. They promise 72 hour turn-around for audits, but cannot deliver on that. Epic fail!!!
