This sales company would save itself a ton of time if it stopped posting job applications everywhere that hide the fact that every job here is SALES.Stop trying to pretend you're some advanced marketing company - because that's how you sound in your applications. Its classic, in person sales and thats it. Nothing wrong with that, just stop pretending you're something else because you're wasting a ton of people's time.

As a customer: Coupons are a great value and save significant sums when used. I buy when they drop in and will continue using coupons whenever I have them.As employer: It's your everyday sales job moving coupons B2B. If you talk to enough people and visit enough places, you'll make sales; people that have used the coupons in the past usually buy again - making your job easier. Expect an average closing ratio of 10-20% and if sales aren't your forte, it will be less.

I LOVE the community feel of the company. It is a very team based environment and everyone is very welcoming. I love constantly pushing myself to be a better employee, and I learn something new every day. This company has allowed me to become INDEPENDENT. I am so excited to grow long term with this company. (The building is also gorgeous, and so close to everything).

Horrible company to work for they lie about the pay. Says it isn't commission based when it really is. They will drop you off in a place that someone already hit or a place where no one is interested. Then make it seem like you're not trying hard enough. Basically if they don't like you they try to make you quit and if that doesn't work they fire you after beating around the bush for 30 minutes.
