Feedback:

1) You can't cancel your account online. I called to cancel my personal account, and they said I couldn't, because their account cancellation dept was gone for the day. I said I'm a very busy business professional, I'm hard to reach by phone, and don't have time to play phone tag. They didn't care at all. I'm changing our corporate accounts to another email marketing company, and will encourage fellow industry colleagues, many that they are, to do the same. Awful customer service.
