Great location, comfortable seating, very friendly and professional staff. Uniquely different and welcoming environment for those participating in focus groups. On the 3rd floor of the CIBC building, which is across the street from Yonge & Bloor station. Refreshments and snacks were offered as well as candies too.

The staff are absolutely great. They make you feel comfortable. I was the only one there so i felt a liitle anxious and the gentleman behind desk made me relax by having a day to day conversation.
