Feedback:

I live in Summerlin at Winter Park, managed by Contemporary. I have lived in my apartment since mid June 2019 and still cannot sign into my online account to pay rent or make maintenance requests. The property does NOT have a drop box so the only way to pay my rent is to leave work early to make it to the bank and hand in a money order while the office is open (I work M-F until 6 PM, the office opens after I leave for work and closes before I get back). Since this has been going on for months now, I cannot simply leave work every time I need to pay rent. I am still charged a late fee despite this error being on their part. I have called Contemporary at least 3 times, left voicemails for the woman who is supposed to fix the online portal and have sent in an email. No responses. No results. Still inconvenienced to date. But they want to charge late fees because they make it impossible for me to pay my rent. I do not recommend this company and encourage anyone to be aware of the properties they want to apply to because nobody should have to go through such a headache.
