I've had nothing but a horrible experience with CMC. They purchased the apartment complex I was living in a few months prior to my move out date. It's been nearly 5 months since I've been gone and I still haven't received my security deposit back. They've made several errors and I've sent letters, called them, nothing. By far the worst customer service of my life.
