I have been looking for a content service provider for quite some time, but was always disappointed with the tardiness that was accustomed to their practices. I had a history of missed deadline, poor communication and no or late feedback. So, with low expectations I approached them. My perspective was changed when I met these guys; they understand and acknowledge the time crunch we all face. From beginning till the end,they followed the timeline initially agreed. Another thing I really appreciated was availability of feedback; they would send me a file for approval and ask me for feedback. And within a day or two, they’d deliver a revised version. The fact that they value their client needs is reflected in this practice. In the end, even with revisions and corrections, these guys were able to submit the project on time. More importantly, I find their packages to be value for money; you only pay for what you want. Their packages deal with variety of needs and can prove to be quite lucrative in the long-run. So, to all the people who want their work done on time, this company is the place to be.
