I'm a OTR truck driver and got a virus/malware on my laptop. Taplika is the name of the virus. It took over most everything and went very deep into the operating system. Ronald of Contrive I.T. was great! He worked with my schedule, got rid of the virus, no small task as I think it was more malicious than even he had seen, and installed new Malware, Spyware, and Firewall protections. All for a VERY reasonable price! I would HIGHLY recommend his services over any "Big Box" store. His personalized service and commitment to customer satisfaction can't be beat!

If you truly want your computer fixed, or a website built, I STRONGLY suggest seeking out one of the many professional firms in the metro area. This clearly isn't one of them. Check out his own website. He received a degree from a "college" located in a strip mall. His professional experience consists of a short career in the "hospitality" business, whatever that means.
