If you have any issue/problem with your computer that you can't solve by yourself, do yourself a favor and get in touch with Tom. Even if you have to travel a long distance, you'll see later that it was absolutely worth it. Not only is he totally knowledgeable about everything computer-related, but he's also patient, extremely generous with his time, and has great integrity. And on top of all this, reasonable charges, too. What more can you ask for!

Tom went above and beyond when servicing my laptop. Its use was mission critical to me and Tp, worked around my schedule to minimize my down time. He is very knowledgeable. Their pricing is very reasonable. Try Control ALt Delete before you go to BestBUY or Staples. If you use your computer(s) in a small business, save time and go with these guys first. A++++
