Customer review:Charged my card without my authorization after requesting cancellation. Still cannot get my money back from this company. Avoid by all means and use free apps like Justuno and Sumo instead (after testing 2 months, I found no difference between their service and free shopify apps.) Will dispute fraudulent charge with Visa.Edit:Funds were refunded after leaving a review. According to ConvertCart it took them some time to refund because the request had to go through multiple channels. Personally I still find it strange that I received a refund right away only after leaving a review. Anyway added back 2 stars for the effort.Another thing we spoke about was that this service is best suited for websites with over 25k visitors up to 1M per month. The free apps I mentioned are great if you're doing around 100 - 500 visitors per day.
