Working with Copper Leaf Creative was such a incredible experience. We had been disillusioned by our experiences with the last 4 web developers and were losing hope that we could work with someone who would design a site we liked, and would listen to what we envisioned. They asked us about our business and tried to learn about our market and customers, whereas with other developers they didn't seem to care. It felt as if CLC was truly invested in us and wanted to produce a quality site that fit our exact needs, I was assured that their team wanted to not only meet our expectations but exceed them. Gordon and Leah created a fun, and light environment that was easy to work in and aided in the collaboration process. For the first time we weren’t going to have a site that was thought up by us (aka a few people who knew nothing about website design) but a site that had the content we knew along with an awesome and useful design. I loved how Gordon and Leah would hear about our market and industry and would think up things that could make our website better that we didn’t even know about! For example we knew international prices would differ from domestic prices and Gordon figured out how to code the site so only people with IP addresses within the US would view prices on our site. It was like after a year of struggling with other designers we finally found a company who listened to us and cared about what we wanted and wasn’t just wanting to build our site in the easiest way they could without having to figure out any solutions for the things we felt like we needed in a site. CLC not only sought out solutions for our needs but made suggestions and found out things to build into the site that we didn’t even consider. The suggestions were so valuable to our company and our site. We are so looking forward to see the response from customers to our new site and have it improve our business. Especially through the new ability for customers to purchase product online which we have been wanting for years! Everything that seemed like an immense challenge with so many other web designers seemed seamless and easy with Copperleaf. The other thing I love about Copperleaf is how incredibly response they are. Any time I reached out I received an answer within minutes- I don’t remember ever having to wait more than an hour to hear back. I also loved the level of honesty in which we received working alongside them. When I asked about something sometimes I would get “I am not sure, but I can look into that for you”, it was so refreshing to work with a company who I didn’t feel like was lying to me or over promising. We are so grateful to have found CLC and I am excited for the continued partnership for hopefully many years to come.
