I have been using Copy-Rite for almost 30 years. They have always taken great care of us with not only business cards and other normal business items, but have printed our 4 color newsletters for years. I recommend them for all your printing needs!!!

Whether help with copies or faxing items where most folks may not have at home. Reliable .. And they Always have ink ! Heehee ...Visit as I choose to go there verses Fed X - Or UPS... I own a moving company. These people have been with us from the start. They make our business contracts, business cards, signs, they had a lady in the back that helped me design our logo at a very reasonable price. They designed an awesome decal for the back window of my truck. The people there are like family! Especially Rocky, she is a real sweetheart!

I promise to either go to Vista Print, Office Max or Office Depot - and never put myself through this again. I had this bright idea of doing the right thing and using a small local company. But the service was terrible. You can stand at the counter for 5 minutes - with people on the other side of the counter at desks not paying attention to you - before someone actually speaks to you. They outsource most everything beyond flyers and business cards. They charge for resizing, converting, etc. I had to leave and come back for resizing. The guy next to me had to go home to convert his file to a .pdf. These are 5 second fixes. Another guy was trying to design a business card and couldn't visualize what the Copy Rite employee was explaining because they don't have scanners and design software up front by the counter!I just got the impression that they don't want to really help or interact in any meaningful way. So, if you can't have helpful human interaction, why not just go to the internet and save yourself 50%?

We have used these guys for all of our business printing needs for many years. They always have outstanding customer service and the quality of the work is second to none. The level of service you get with a family owned printing company like these guys is impossible to beat! Highly recommended!
