Our firm had a last minuet rush order, and Matt was extremely helpful and assured we got what we needed on time. He came in early to warm up the printers so right at 8:00am on a Monday we were able to send our material to print. I highly recommend this shop. They take the time and consideration to work with their customers.

Showed up at 4:55 and the store was locked up and empty. The sign said they were open until 5. Went I the next day to get a building permit laminated and was told i had to do it at 3 PM or pay a $10 rush fee. Ridiculous! Had to catch a flight and couldn't wait until 3. Front counter people were definitely not courteous. Went elsewhere.
