They saved me from what could have been a disaster..I had come into town to finish details before my mom's funeral.I had called ahead and Fedex Office in Burlington told me they could easily help with my funeral programs when I arrived. I went in and the guy working that night (9/21)shook his head "No"when I told him that and pointed me to a computer. I asked him to recommend another place and he refused..told me to Google it. I got on phone the next morning..with no time to spare..and I reached Jay..he was calm and assured me it could be done in a few hours. I rushed over..showed him an example of how I wanted it to look..and all the items for each page...he called me 1 hour later to preview and it was perfect! I was so relieved, and Jay was so calm and helpful..I needed a second item for the funeral and they matched it to the program design..I would not have thought of that so I was extremely pleased! Jay had left for the day when the second item was done but the other 3 men there were just as helpful..I highly recommend their company.
