My experience of this company was very bad. It’s difficult to know where to start, as there were so many negatives, but here is a synopsis.Many web designers will say “ we’re great at interpreting a brief”. In my opinion these guys were absolutely hopeless at interpreting what I wanted to do, despite repeated attempts to convey my ideas. The designs they came up with failed to inspire me. The coding was sloppy – many artifacts, things not working properly, things not lined up. Despite my request for a full CMS site, many pages were left as flat files which I couldn’t edit.Their communication was dreadful – emails routinely went unanswered for weeks. My site was left unfinished and I had to threaten legal action to get the source code out of them so another developer could finish off the job.At the end of it all, I felt as if I had been mugged. They took my money and the impression I got was that they really couldn’t have cared less whether they had done a good job or not.I would treat the series of 5 star reviews about this company with a large pinch of salt. One of those reviews is from Malcolm Farmiloe. It just so happens that Malcolm Farmiloe is a director of the company. Another review from happy employee Michelle Hellier is also amusing. Michelle is the wife of the owner. Check out the genuine employee reviews on Glassdoor for a more insightful opinion.
