Buying Public Be WARNED! Owners of Corin Bay Christi Phelps and Jonathon Erick Phelps forged bank documents, the seller on title's signature and many other closing documents on a Venice FL short sale at 805 Laguna Drive. We had a contract signed by the seller waiting for bank approval until Chris Phelps conspired with longtime client David Olshansky of DRAM Properties and manufactured 3 fraudulent contracts to defraud the bank and the seller and cut us out of the deal. We sued and legally obtained through subpoena all the forged contracts and documents. Both Christi Phelps and David Olshansky have perjured themselves by lying under oath at deposition. We have the seller who came forward on our side, and the laws of the great state of Florida. Heading to trial early next year to expose their fraud, deceit, and complete disregard for the law. stand clear of this shady lady and her clients who have no moral compass. Beware Englewood residents. DO NOT be fooled by Christi and Jonathon Erick Phelps. They are obsessed with honoring themselves and portray themselves as pillars of the Englewood community. Look at the reviews of Corin Bay and Christi Phelps!!! Christi Phelps is a textbook definition of narcissistic personality disorder-verbatim!!! Look at Corin Bay Real Estate Team on FB- Phelps says Ocwen Servicing company for Chase Bank forged documents, and forged a sales contract to screw themselves out of an additional 5 grand when they took a million dollar write off on 805 Laguna Drive Venice Florida. Phelps is publically accusing Ocwen of her crimes!!! Phelps is so pathetic! Phelps herself forged the seller's signature and manufactured a fraudulent contract so Phelps could get the entire commission-$27,000.00 and not split it with our buyer agent, and so Phelps dirty investor David Olshansky could steal a Roberts Bay Home. Look up David Olshansky on the Sarasota County Clerk of Court records. He let several homes that Phelps sold him or rented for him go into foreclosure when the market in Florida Crashed He has over $250,000.00 in judgements against him personally-even though he is a millionaire from Minnesota who has 4 million in funds- (according to a email Phelps sent the seller of 805 Laguna) and paid CASH for 805 Laguna yet set up a LP called DRAM Properties. (A LP is a way millionaires stash money to hoard in their own families) DRAM Properties owns 805 Laguna, since David Olshansky would/could not put the property in his name because of the judgements against him on the Sarasota County Clerk of Court Records, and the Charlotte County Clerk of Court Records.. David Olshansky has also conveniently sold Englewood properties to his wife, and went so far as to put the properties in his wife's maiden name and call her a "single man" on the deed's. Did I mention Phelps was also his realtor and property rental manager on the property Olshansky "sold" to his wife-the single man named Asya Kaganzev aka Asya Olshansky. Look out Venice- The crooked realtor and dirty developer are creaping into town. Also- Kim Eckman was arrested May 5, 2015 for fraud and embezzlement...the dirty title agent who was involved in closing 805 Laguna Drive with her co conspirators- Christi Phelps and David Olshansky got fired from her employer for check fraud and forging signatures. Rumor is she took a bribe....... Stay tuned for the best reality show in SW Florida.Got the notes from the bank- seems everytime Christy Phelps contacted them every person at Ocwen logged into the account and was required to make side notes. Our favorite- September 24, 2013 Phelps asked Ocwen to DELETE the forged DRAM Contract it had in their file and replace I with yet another forged DRAM contract. Ocwen told her it was impossible. Did I mention Phelps told Ocwen in May 2013 that the property (805 Laguna) could not be put on HUBZU because the city was gong to "DEMOLITION the house" Phelps also told them that the HUBZU auction was illegal in FL.
