Our company furnished our new space from scratch. This included 5 private offices, conference room, group workspace, breakroom, reception area, and common area furniture. The furniture itself is good quality and looks good in our space. We did have a great experience with the branding team who delivered an exceptional logo for our reception area fairly easily. However, communication was poor. I had to follow up several times. It took a week + to correct a minor design change and then something was still wrong - taking another week to correct. Items arrived broken more than once. However - the company apologized profusely and we decided to try them for another purchase. They gave us special pricing. Thankfully this time was smooth and they were attentive in ensuring we had a good experience.
