Counsel Creative is a hidden gem in the creative space. In addition to being insanely responsive, they strike the unique balance between steering the creative ship and incorporating client feedback. They are genuinely invested in your success, which comes across in every interaction. My entire NYC team was blown away by the work they were able to generate in a matter of DAYS (which other agencies said would take weeks). In the startup world, days make a huge difference -- weeks, even more so. They generated gorgeous images on a tight budget for a growing brand quickly, efficiently, and with a smile. They were incredibly resourceful, nimble, and pleasant. They worked with us (and our budget) to turnaround some of the best video ads I've ever seen in my industry within 10 days from start to finish -- including travel time up to NYC. Their production was so good, in fact, it opened the doors for us to participate in a series of added-value beta tests with Facebook, which have been invaluable as we grow.We look forward to working with them as we scale. A very creative team that knows what branding means and knows how to portray a company even when the business owner(s) themselves may be unsure of exactly what image to build for the public. They break it down pixel-by-pixel, color-by-color, shape-by-shape, and text-by-text. Kenny & Rachel are highly skilled, articulate, honest, and all around great and happy people. These two are award winners and I have no doubt in my mind that they will become one of Chattanooga's hottest branding firms. They are my go to design team and I will refer them to everyone I come across that may be in need of branding services. I'm sitting here trying to think of any cons or unpleasantries I've experienced since working with Counsel Creative and not one comes to mind. I love you both and am blown away by what you have done and will accomplish with your business. Very grateful to be working with you guys :) If I could give more than five stars I would!
