Client Review on Countrywood Design

My good friend, Jessica, went into the store recently and told me her bad experience. She said it was very quiet that it was uncomfortable . She wondered why there wasn't any music playing like most decent stores have. She also told me that the burnette lady wasn't very friendly. She didn't greet her when she came in. She even racially profiled/stereotyped her and told her "Make sure you stay where I can see you". As if she was going to steal something. My friend said she was just on her phone while she was just browsing. Not professional at all to talk to a customer as if they're your child and that was very rude and could be taken as indirectly racist. Not to mention she was the only one in the store, you would think she would be treated better. Customer service is lacking here. The furniture was nice and stylish but seemed overpriced.
