Do NOT hire this guy. He cost me THOUSANDS of $$$ with fines from labor board. He apparently does not know the law. He's eager to collect his fees from you though.

Very ineffectual, noisey, and hardly seemed interested. Problem was in attic he used the ladder and surveyed from the opening, did not appear to search.also required more money immediately. This was the kind of service that gives private investigating services a bad name.

I got more information on my own. He never provided a report that I could read. He had excuses that this would take some time and after 3 weeks asked for more money. Total waste of time.
