Overall Feedback:

Not happy with the service we received. Had an Sage200 specialist come out to discuss our manufacturing requirements, David was brilliant, very knowledgeable and we learn't a lot on the day he was here.CPIO had a list of things to do after a meeting, provide quotes, look into solutions ect and we never heard anything else off of them. I chased and chased week after week and was always promised somebody will be back in touch but it never happened. I tried to put a complaint in and was informed it'd go to the MD, still never heard anything back and i decided to cut our losses there.David was great, however everything after that was incredibly poor
