I work from home doing substantial data analysis on my computer. When my computer started to make an odd noise, I took it to Crash Override Computers, largely based on reviews that I had read. The owner, Will, diagnosed the problem very quickly, and gave options relative to fixing the old computer or building a new one. It was quickly very clear to me that Will is extremely knowledgeable about computers – frankly, I was surprised and thrilled to find someone of his caliber in our little town of Inverness. Anyway, I took the option to have Will build a new computer. Not only did Will build the computer, but he installed an array of software that I would need. He also copied over files from my old hard drive and installed that drive, as a second drive, in the new computer. Now I have a computer that is faster than anything that I could have imagined, and it works flawlessly!After I picked up the new computer, I had a few questions about various things, and so I wrote Will email. He answered quickly and efficiently. His service definitely extends beyond the sale.I can state without reservation that Crash Override Computers is the place to bring any of your computer-related problems. It is an honest, efficient, friendly, and responsive business. I am so pleased to have found them!
