As a higher end user of technology and social media I was skeptical of what I might be able to learn from Julie Smith's social media classes. I was pleasantly surprised to learn several new features and strategies of which I wasn't already aware. Julie is extremely knowledgeable and her teaching style is very step-by-step (which is great for newbies) and her documentation thorough. I highly recommend classes from Creative Alliance Design and Julie Smith!
