Client Review on Creative Computer

Feedback:

I'm new to Laurel and brought my laptop to Creative Computer because it had become really slow and programs were giving the "not responding error message". These were the problems I needed to have fixed. I told them I wasn't certain but it seemed like it started with a Windows update a week or so earlier... I don't know how to trouble shot a problem, but gave my best guess as to a place to start.Well I got my computer back after 2 days.It now won't go on line, is really ridiculously slower, programs are still not responding and I paid $117.70 to be worse off.... going online was never a problem.... but in the five minutes I've been on the computer since getting their back it now is the newest problem.I'm new to area and need a good computer repair guy. ASAP... I do not have time to have my computer sit in a place for 2 days and have it come back in worse off condition and have to pay for the pleasure. I will check this review site to see if there are any recommendations for someone else ...thank you for any help y'all can give to finding a computer guy who will actually solve my problem On the form I filled out for them, all I wrote:"Just got crazy slow and programs not responding"now it's even worse...niether issue fixed .... I'm out 2 days and $117... really?😭
