Their products are ok but worst customer service. They never take care after customers purchase. I called 5 times after i purchased sofa but I couldn't get any update for delivery schedule. I was so upset and tried to cancel then finally they started to checking delivery schedule. You can buy products with good price and worst customer service.If you try to cancel, they threaten you to charge re-stock fee.

Salesman says one thing and writes another; delivery was months after he claimed and then when they finally deliver it, the couch is much shorter than it's supposed to be. I asked them to take it out of my house and the delivery guys call the salesman and then slink out and disappear leaving us with the couch after taking pictures of it when I told them no pictures, just take it out. Now they'll try and prove they delivered it when I didn't accept delivery. We've been had by a lying salesman that says one thing and delivers another smaller and less expensive couch ... months later than he said it would be delivered.

Judging by the feedback I've found online after purchasing this modern bed from Creative Furniture, you all probably won't be shocked to hear this – I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new bed. Absolutely gorgeous-looking, the color is perfect, etc. I would like to thank Leon (I believe he's the owner) for giving me a special discount after overhearing me talk about the special occasion. Can't overlook Max and Jimmy, too. Awesome people. Awesome place to buy contemporary furniture at reasonable prices!

Bought a table and chairs on 3/26/2018. They said 4-5 weeks delivery. 7 weeks later I call and they said table was in but not the chairs. I call again next day and they say table isn’t in and chair fabric was discontinued. They were supposed to call me back to let me know if any other stores have the same chairs so we could get the floor samples. No call back.
