After describing our needs, owner Alex took on the project personally and assured us that he and his team would get the job done. His suggestion was to create a new website design and after explaining the reasons why, we agreed and the project began immediately.Throughout the project Alex was extremely professional, knowledgeable, always available for questions even after hours and worked timeless hours to ensure that the project would be ready in the time frame needed.Once the design was ready to go live we encountered an issue related to the domain. Both Alex the owner and Tim the manager focused all their attention immediately to this issue and worked until it was resolved. Their expertise and technical knowledge displayed while troubleshooting and eventually resolving this issue really impressed me. They kept me abreast of what was going on throughout the process resolving the issue. The new website is live, and we are very happy with the new look.
