Very unimpressed with the lack of communication and false promises. I was explicitly told one thing, but the promise was never fulfilled and communication never happened to follow up either. Disappointed to say the least.Edit: Since I'm unable to reply to the owner's response, I'll add an edit.No, I'm not confusing your studio with another. Spoke with an employee 12/28/17 and agreed upon a reschedule in favor of safety (snow storm which shut down multiple roads including Interstate 94 and others). I agreed to reschedule. I followed up multiple times with no response.Unfulfilled promises.
