I posted yesterday about the service of this place but have since gotten replys via email and phone and I guess with Creative moving to a new location and everything there was some miscommunications but I think everything is being worked out and that was the first complaint I had since I've been working with them and I probably just overreacted a bit

These guys did a web site for me and now i'm ready to launch it and can't get anyone to call me back but they are paid for the web site and i've been calling them every week for over a month and still did not get an answer

We had them do our web design for Blue Ridge Windows more than 10 years ago they never made changes and did not keep it updated. And now we went with someone else. And I have contacted them numerous times, we want to take over our domain name. Myron called me back on 2-9-18 and then said he will need to get back to me this is now almost two month later and still have not heard from him. Very poor customer service !!
