Feedback:

They hold your username and passwords hostage. I've been calling multiple times to get our credentials and still no word back from them. Having reviewed their marketing campaigns they did for one of the practices we acquired, I'm surprised that they had no reach and were not effective in reaching any audience so you're paying for nothing.
