I am delighted to report that Creditors Collection Services has been and is a supporter of the Roanoke Rescue Mission and the services we offer. It is great to see a company give back to the community and it speaks loudly about who they are at the core. We are pleased and proud to call them a "Rescue Mission Partner" as they help us make "Mission possible"!

They have always been very professional with me. I had a bill that was turned over to them that REALLY wasn't mine. They helped me clear up everything and wiped it off my credit report!!

I spoke with a Misses White from CCS Roanoke, it was the first shocking call when I found out that my $20 debt had been sold. She was very rude and after I explained what was going on with AFC she told me "why don't you tell my what you want to here and I will tell you how it is" I told her "I did not ask for attitude," she said "that was not attitude" I said yes, it was very rude I want to speak with a supervisor." she said "ok" and sent me to a recording. Turns out she was the supervisor and lied to me. After an administrative error on AFC health cares part they sent my debt to CCS while I was working it out with them. I paid my debt but AFC illegally add an extra $5.12 to my debt when they sold it and CCS is fight tooth and nail for it. Its disgusting.

The worse customer service I've ever experienced, I called to pay off a debt for 70% off and there wasn't a record of them mailing out the discount and I was on hold for 20 minutes , Plus they have reported the same item twice on my credit and refuse to remove it Worse ever
