When we first opened up our Auto Repair shop we had designed our own website and wrote most of our own text/copy. I wrote the entire website from my perspective and loaded it with “key-words” that I hoped would bring visitors to it. Although our business has become very successful through networking and word of mouth referrals, our website failed to keep up, and all of our customers that found us on the web were from testimonials left online, not from our website. I knew the internet was a powerful referral source seeing how many new customers our testimonials were bringing in, but I couldn’t help but wonder how many customers were directed to my site, but not finding what they needed and maybe going somewhere else. Merrill has helped us with some marketing copy in the past and I always loved the way he made things so easy to read. He studies the target audience and has a real talent in telling them what they want to know, not what I thought they wanted to hear. Merrill has been helping us with our Website copy and I have been extremely excited about the results. With his knowledge of keywords, and giving the reader what they need to hear I can’t wait to see all the new customers our new website will bring in!
