They were able find package to see if they still had it and the women on the phone was nice.

Very poor customer service. Waited more than 30 minutes for 3 people ahead in line. Only one teller in the middle of the afternoon. Manager seemed like she couldn’t care less as did the employees. If you have more than 30 minutes to wait in a short line then go here. Don’t expect any type of customer service. If you ask for the manager they ask you to speak to them off to the side through a small window so that other customers don’t hear the complaint. As if the other customers aren’t annoyed by waiting for so long themselves. Any other post office will be a much better experience.

Horrible customer service. The woman that I’ve been in contact with at this location has a consistently nasty demeanor no matter what the day, it seems. I still haven’t received three amazon packages that the USPS marked as ‘delivered’ more than 24 hours ago. Trying to get information as to how/why those is happening is useless, as the woman is giving me the runaround and I can’t stand to spend another second on the phone with such a rude person. According to one of the Amazon customer service reps i spoke with, they commonly have this issue with USPS marking things as ‘delivered’ despite that not being the case. Fingers crossed that my packages arrive in the next 24 hours smh

I made an appointment through the appropriate online scheduler and on the day of my appointment, I was told sternly that they wont have a Passport Agent until the next Monday.Why have appointment availability? Who is in charge of that? Anyone?USPS HQ is in a big cave in PA, still being run by filing cabinets.UPDATE: Since posting this review, my mail is being ripped up, crumpled and jammed in to my mail box. I dont know why or who is hiring the people at this place.

Helpful, knowledge, and efficient services and staff. Large bin + counter for quick scanning of prepaid packages. Helpful digital kiosk for self-printing. Clean and air-conditioned. I use this location 1 to 2 times a week for business -- mostly dropping off packages. I've had occasional issues where packages were not properly scanned in for multiple days after I dropped them off in the package bin or left them on the counter.I see a lot of people frustrated with not being able to pick up a package, or not being able to track a package. This review section should be aimed towards this particular location's overall rating and functionality, and frankly, if you peak at other reviews, you'll find a number of individuals who are frustrated with how USPS functions as a whole (valid) and people who don't understand how a post office works or the fact that certain packages need one step of authentication to be delivered (invalid). The first doesn't belong in a review of a location, and the latter is a tantrum.
