Feedback:

My company did a complete re-branding, and thus rebuilding of our entire website through Crosshatch Creative. With only a new logo, vague idea of colors, and aesthetic direction, their team created not only a website, but an entire brand for our company that has impacted our lead generation and website retention from the day that it rolled out. Their team was responsive, upbeat, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. This was one of my first projects as a manager at our company, and they not only worked with me to help clarify my sometimes unclear objectives, but helped teach me how to accurately communicate not only to them, but also to our target demographic what we are trying to communicate as a company. At times I did not know the right information to provide, and they were patient and solicited it from me. Since the website has gone live, our lead generation has increased, and almost anyone who has seen the website has commented on it in very favorable ways. New leads almost always mention that they were attracted to it, and it was a deciding factor in them contacting us for our services over other similar companies. Crosshatch Creative also worked hand in hand with our SEO company to provide the next level of service, ensuring that our current SEO goals and achievements were not lost in translation. I highly recommend Crosshatch Creative with absolutely no reservations to anyone looking to update or redesign their website.
